Hoong Foong Dim Sum

Hoong Foong Dim Sum in USJ 21 is one of my favorite dim sum place. There are some special dishes that other dim sum restaurant you can't get. :) They have fried glutinous rice (chau loh mai fan), stuffed beancurd, and they got the best glutinous chicken rice (loh mai kai).

Prawn Rolls

 Fresh prawns wrapped into beancurd skin. Eat with chilli sauce will be taste better. :)

Siu Mai

Not really into siu mai, but don't know why, every time eat dim sum also will order this siu mai... haha
 

Steam Pork Rib

 1 of my 'must order' dish when eat dim sum. But not all places have nice steam pork rib. This is so so only  :)

Taro Dumpling (Wu Kok)

 Don't really like taro. But my families and friends always love this. That's why I had a picture of this. :):):)

Prawn Dumpling (Har Gao)

 This is also a popular dish in dim sum...Not bad... Prawn very big too :)

Salad Prawn

 I don't really like this... The pastry too thick.... I just ate the prawn in it... LOL

Bacon Siu Mai

 Love this. Bacon wrapped the fish and pork paste.... Nice...Yummy~

Stuffed Bean Curd (Tau Fu Pok)

I love this most!!!! You can't get this at other places.... Must try.. ^^

Too bad we all were rushing to Malacca, so no time to order fried glutinous rice.... Hmmm... Oh ya, If you guys like bun, try the lotus bun 'lin yong pao'... Inside have salted egg yolk :).... Taste good
